The firm was started by John in 1990 as he transitioned from his role as Chief financial Officer of All Metals Service & Warehousing, Inc. Having practiced in public accounting for a firm in Fort Lauderdale in the 70’s and 80’s, John wanted to return to public accounting. Over the years John had built up many contacts in the community and business. John’s first location was on West Cypress Creek Road in offices rented from Gateway American Bank where John also served as member of the board of directors. Early in the firm development a great emphasis was placed on computerization. The firm moved in 1994 to the Pinnacle Office Building at 500 West Cypress Creek Road where it currently resides.

From the formation of the firm, all tax returns were prepared electronically. It is the firm’s policy to invest in the latest and best technologies to better serve its clients. We have strived to maintain a pleasant atmosphere in which to work and to provide quality and timely services to our clients. Attraction and retention of quality accounting professionals has been an active goal. Our professional staff is well rounded in all accounting and tax areas, but many have developed specialty niches as well. We will continue to ensure the firm’s growth into the next generation with the same personalized services as it was in 1990 when John first began the firm.
